# Token Distribution
## Overview
**$NX** token is designed to support community engagement, incentivize participation, and provide governance rights within the NX Finance ecosystem.\
It has the total supply of **100,000,000 tokens** (100 million tokens)

### **1. Community Incentive** - 51%
* **Details**: This portion is dedicated to incentivizing the community through various season-based point systems, with each season expected to last at least 3 months.
* **Release Schedule:** The regular emission rates across different strategies and pools will be determined by community voting in each epoch.
### **2. Initial DEX Offering (IDO)** - 15%
* **Details**: 100% of this allocation will be released at the Token Generation Event (TGE).
* **Release Schedule:** Participants will have the opportunity to contribute SOL and receive $NX tokens at a fair and equal price. The IDO ensures broad distribution and active community involvement. Around 27% of the raised amount will be allocated to form the LP pool.
### **3. Business Development & Marketing** - 10%
* **Details**: This is to ensure sufficient incentives for marketing partners and broad exposure as the project scales.
* **Release Schedule:** 10% of this allocation will be unlocked at TGE, with the remaining 90% vested linearly over 1 year.
### **4. Investor Allocation** - 10%
* **Details**: If no strategic investment is secured within 6 months post-TGE, the tokens will be reallocated to the community.
* **Release Schedule:** 0% unlock, cliff 6 months with linear vesting over 1 year
### **5. Liquidity Pool** - 4%
* **Details**: Approximately 27% of the raised funds, along with 4% of the tokens, will be allocated to form the liquidity pool (LP). This allocation is dedicated to providing liquidity, ensuring smooth trading and minimizing volatility.
* **Release Schedule:** N.A.
### **6. Team Allocation** - 10%
* **Details**: This aligns the team's interests with the long-term success of NX Finance.
* **Release Schedule:** 0% unlock, cliff 6 months with linear vesting over 1 year
## Token Utility
The $NX token is designed with multiple utilities that enhance the functionality and governance of the NX Finance platform:
1. **100% Revenue Sharing:**
* 100% of the platform fees will be shared with $NX stakers, aligning incentives for token holders with the platform’s growth
* Including airdrop from Jupiter & Solayer if we are eligible
* 10% performance fee on leveraged trades
* 3% fee on points earned from leverage trading
2. **Staking Incentive**: Stake $NX to earn rewards and participate in governance decisions that shape the future of NX Finance.
3. **Fee Deduction**: Using $NX for various platform services will grant users discounts on fees, further incentivizing the use of the token within the ecosystem.
4. **Governance**: $NX holders have the power to participate in governance, enabling the community to decide on key aspects of the platform's development and operations.
